Great stay with awesome staff. The double room was modern with effective air conditioning, a tv, and a private bathroom. Free toiletries were supplied, and it had soundproofing for a peaceful night. The restaurant served delicious meals, and the bar had a nice atmosphere. Conveniently located 10 minutes from the Grotto, with easy access to local transport.

Came here for 1 night stay, had a very enjoyable experience. The bed was good and the room itself was perfectly clean. The staff was pleasant, accommodating all the time. The location of the property was great, we were walk from a cathedral and a sanctuary. Visited few places in the center, not too far from the hotel.

This hotel is nice, and has great wi-fi, bar/lounge area, and 24-hour reception. I remember how the staff helped me find parking on my first stay. I'm coming back for Christmas!

The Decor and that is the only thing

Despite specifically requesting and having been assured of a Level Access Shower as my Wife is unable to use a bath due to Disability. However on arrival at our room it did not have a Level Access Shower which was resolved when I went down to reception. Also where Level Access Showers are provided there should be either a Fixed Wall Seat or a Purpose Built Shower Chair. There were neither and my Wife was forced to use a Plastic Garden Chair from the Patio/Terrace. This was completely unacceptable but all that was offered. Why is is that this Hotel did not exchange Travellers Cheques when every other hotel on Avenue Du Paradis offeres this facility, albeit only for their Clients/Guests. The menu or should I say lack of a menu meant we only ate in the restaurant on 3 occasions as there was no choice. It was take it or leave it at extremely exhorbitant prices. Also we were not given a Bill for our stay and indeed when we leaft at 06.30 on 11th June reception was not even manned. A thoroughly discourteous situation and our stay was not a pleasant one which consisdering my Wife is Terminally Ill I find deeply offensive to say the least

Simple but pleasant....cant complain...

the bathroom is seperate from the toilet...two different rooms and no extractors in both rooms.

The staff very professionally made us feel important at all times...nothing was too much trouble.....and staff who could only have recognised our faces from last year took the time to greet us and say helloNs ask how we we were. Food good in presentation and taste....perhaps too much food...I would be surprised if anyone ever walked away from the table hungry.

I can honestly say we have no complaints

Excellent location, warm staff and very helpful. This was the best place among all the others we stayed at during this trip. Very flexible with the check-in time.

Staff very friendly and helpful and excellent location and value for money

I stayed at Hotel Alba for a week. It is about 10mins walk from the Grotto in Lourdes. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the main street and is located in a quiet area. The staff were friendly and always had a smile. I had no problems with the hotel or staff. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was working perfectly. I cannot comment on the quality of the food in the hotel as I did not eat in their restaurant.

The receptionist was super friendly and helped us with extra night arrangements. Make sure to check the shop in the lobby for cool souvenirs.

Staff were brilliant.Excellent atmosphere,look, feel and service Well English spoken staff and lot English entertainment tv channels. Only one suggestion is to have hot breakfast for a charge

Had a triple room, and we enjoyed it. The location was great, at a moderate distance from Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes.

The room was clean, but the air conditioning was not functioning properly.

Staff was very helpful with our concerns.
